OPERATING RULES OF THE SEDIN PREMISES

  • The opening hours can be found on the door of the Cub House
  • Moving on the course is only possible during opening hours
  • Players are encouraged to register early at the reception before the game, ideally at least 15 minutes before the start of the game
  • Please announce the presence of a non-playing person or dog at the reception desk when you check in
  • Keep your dog tethered and clean at all times when moving around the premises
  • Players start the game at the designated starting time. They should be at the first tee at least 5 minutes before the start time
  • The obligation to observe the start time also applies to Sedin Golf Club members
  • If a player arrives to the first tee after his/her starting time, the marshal has the right to move that player to the next hole
  • Follow the prescribed order of holes. Comply with the instructions given by the reception desk and the marshal to start from hole No. 1 or No. 10
  • In the event of slow play, the marshal has the right to ask the slow group to move to the next hole after giving prior notice
  • You enter the course at your own risk
  • By entering the course you confirm your knowledge of the rules of the course and the rules of conduct on the course
  • The driving range is open one hour before the opening of the course and Club House
  • Observe local rules and golf etiquette
  • Observe safety regulations
  • Do not be noisy
  • Do not enter the course in unauthorised clothing (blue jeans, men’s sleeveless tank tops)
  • If you feel threatened by lightning move to the Club House or storm shelter
  • After a long siren blast announcing the danger of lightning, move immediately to the Club House
  • At the same way, stop playing on the driving range and move to the Club House
  • If you remain on the course during a lightning emergency, Sedin Golf Resort will not be liable for your safety
  • You are on the course at your own risk, storm signals issued by the staff are only a warning
  • One player can play with a maximum of one ball (except for the provisional ball)
  • Every player on the course must have his/her own bag. The use of one bag by several players is forbidden
  • Players are obliged to follow the pace of play according to the timetable in force
  • Groups that are too fast or too slow are considered to be in breach of the pace of play rule
  • Fast groups do not automatically have priority over slow groups. They may be allowed to advance by the marshal or by mutual agreement of the members of the groups
  • Solo players should not demand priority and thereby restrict other players
  • Allowing faster groups to play through is only possible if there are empty, unoccupied holes ahead

Repeated violation of these rules may be punished by ejection from the course and forfeiture of a Fee. In cases where a player’s deliberate behaviour poses a threat to his/her own safety or the safety of others, the player will be banned from the course without prior warning.

We wish you a nice game
