The golf map has grown again

On the last Saturday in April, a new golf destination was officially added in Slovakia. The Sedin Golf Resort was inaugurated at an opening ceremony. Pleasant weather accompanied the opening of a very pleasant golf resort, which will offer gold fans all the best they can imagine. Excellent practice areas, a high-quality driving range and of course an excellent course. On the eighteen holes of Sedin Golf Resort you will truly enjoy the motto with which this resort enters our golf scene: “Great relaxation on the banks of the Little Danube.” The wide fairways, extensive greens and magnificent scenery will motivate all players to give their best. There will also be a golf academy, which will focus mainly on working with youngsters and attract new golf players. The resort is located about 60 kilometres from the centre of Bratislava, near the village of Veľké Uľany.

Sedin Golf Resort was officially opened by the president of the Golf Club, Mr. Roman Teťák, together with the mayor of Veľké Uľany, Mr. František Gögh in the presence of numerous guests. The ceremonial first tee shot was made by Mr. Tadeáš Teťák, vice-champion of Slovakia in 2016. This act was followed by the opening golf tournament, which was played according to the Texas scramble system. Invited players could thus enjoy the new golf course to the fullest. Many were pleasantly surprised by the fact that they could already find the course in the popular Garmin Express application. The opening ceremony was certainly a success and we hope that the entire golf resort will continue to be just as successful. And perhaps we will soon see a new golf slogan: “When it comes to golf, it’s only in Sedin.
